4.1. You may submit content, including reviews, ratings, comments, and other materials, to the Platform ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content, but by submitting it, you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display your User Content in any medium.
4.2. You represent and warrant that your User Content does not violate these Terms or any applicable laws or regulations and that you have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to submit it.
5.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, RideWyze and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.
6.1. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RideWyze and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.
7.1. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time by posting the updated Terms on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after the posting of the updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
8.1. These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
